Here is a suggestion for your waiting room. Background music with no lyrics would be much nicer all of the time, not just eliminating Christmas lyrics, because there are so many conversations going on at the same time, children in the waiting area, making it insane. I am a musician and maybe it bothers me more because of this. Also the music is coming through all of the speakers in the ceiling and then you have audio coming out of the flat screen which becomes conflicting. Possibly you could turn the speakers off in the waiting area so you could better understand the commentary on the TV.
