I arrived at 7:55 for an 8:00 AM appointment.
The appointment was for a recall to update software on the brakes for my 2016 Sierra. The recall notification stated the update should take approximately 30 minutes. After two hours of waiting I asked Scot Richey what the delay was. My vehicle was returned to me shortly after that with the update completed. The appointment was made about two weeks prior. This did not seem like good customer service to me.
