Spent two hours Saturday unable to find a part in house or to order. Found either after I left or Monday morning but did not call me, I had to call back. Had left tire and wheel Saturday. Informed them at 800 I would be there at 330 and it took about 90 minutes to put wheel on Yukon. $850 for wheel available elsewhere for about $555 no bargain either.

My SUV performs and rides 100 percent better after bringing it to Everette. The only thing I called about 3 weeks ago and was told the exact parts and labor would be a little over $1100, Today it was a couple dollors shy of $1700.

We checked my truck in on ( with Danny, I think)Tuesday, with a day early for the appointment to have the electrical checked and new tires put on. I was told on Wed. that the tires were not in, that they must have put sold "out from under us" because they had to be "in store" before they would make the appointment. So I called Thursday, tires still not in (no mention of electrical) I called Friday and my call was not returned, I called Saturday and the person I checked the truck in (I believe Danny)was not in and so I was given to another Tech who explained the whole waiting "your turn" to get the electrical checked (I had not heard this before) and said he would check on the tires and routine service on Monday and call me. On Monday he did call and say the electrical was checked and all was ok, the tires and service would be done that day and the truck would be ready Monday. That afternoon He called and said the truck was ready. I have never had such bad service from Everette. I was very surprised at this. It was a first, and hopefully will not happen again. Guess we'll have to see, but someone, (I assume the person that checked us in on Tuesday) certainly let me down this time.

When I was have issues with another service adviser who never returned my calls and never updated me on my vehicle repair, I was sent over to Seth and he promptly addressed my issues and followed up with me in a professional manner. When the repair did not fix my truck I contacted Seth and he worked with me to get my truck in line for another attempt to fix the issue.
I personally have respect for Seth and the way he conducts his business for Everett GMC, the team at Everett needs more members like Seth.

I am satisfied with the service of my vehicle. Not satisfied how customers are serve. I thought the customers was serve as a first come basis. I was there before others and was practically serve last. Need a better mechanism of checking to see which customers are to be serve first.
