Service person very friendly and efficient. Waiting area first class with friendly hostess. I will return to Everett for my next purchase. Everett is the only service department to take care of my car.

My issue was not Savannah's fault. Matter of fact, I thought she did a very good job!! My issue was that it took over 3 hours for an oil change and the multipoint inspection. I'm not sure what y'all can do because I know it was a very busy day!!
