I was not satisfied with the time to check my car. Took car in on 12/19/18 and it was not until 1/11/19 that someone looked to find out what the problem was. I picked up my car on 1/15/19 after work was done. I know this was the holiday season but the length of time to even look at my car was very frustrating.

The Everett service and sales is second to none, no issues there at all, GM’s ability to build a headlight that will last more than 15-20k miles is what ****, at $125 per bulb with installation, this has been several times with me taking it to the dealer, I even have bought the bulbs from auto parts store thinking they might be better, same issues, something is wrong with this truck. I’ve always been a STRONG GM fan but unfortunately Ford wil probably be my next purchase!
