Very professional and the waiting area was wonderful.

Replaced tires on 1/22. Air pressure could not be maintained and nearly left me stranded with a disrupted weekend. Scott Richey responded to my calls on Friday, and I was able to get the issue corrected today. Valve stem issue. While mounting tires is usually a fairly simple task, it was not done correctly. This was disappointing. It is now corrected. Appreciate Scott’s response.

I had an appointment at 4:30 and I arrived at 4:30 but did not leave until 6:00. At that time I went to the podium to get my vehicle after paying and everyone was running around. It seemed like it was more important for your employees to shut the place down than to help a customer get her vehicle.

My original appointment was scheduled with Chandler (who I later found out is no longer employed there). I dropped my car off for what I was told would be a 2 hour repair. I got a courtesy car and we ran a couple errands. I called to check on my car well over 2 hours later and the little girls at the reception desk (I say little because they sound and act like they are 16) they were rude and not helpful at all. She said “service closed at noon” I told her that was all fine and well but my car was there and I needed the status. She transferred me to a voicemail, this happened THREE times, the third time she didn’t even pick up and speak to me, and picked up my call and immediately transferred it. Finally, Seth answers the phone and tells me it’ll be ready Monday. We go through the whole that’s not what I was told situation and I need my car back. He puts me on old and tells me he will get it handled. Seth stepped up and got an issue that wasn’t his fault taken care of. I don’t know who dropped the ball where and who’s fault it ended up being but Seth got it fixed, I’m greatful for that. Also, we were told my car wouldn’t be pulled back until we got what we needed, that didn’t happen either. I had to go into the service bay and retrieve my sons car seat and diaper bag because, my car was taken back. Thankfully it wasn’t on the lift yet. The lack of communication around there is miserable as well as the reception customer service. Like I said, kudos to Seth for fixing the issue and offering to run my car through the car wash.

My car is not repaired. It hasn’t started since Sunday morning. It’s frustrating because of the amount of money spent plus the repairs last August. I’ve not been encouraged to purchase another used vehicle based on the amount of repairs required since purchasing it May 2015.
