I gave my name and phone number to service attendant and 40 minutes later someone called my cell phone number asking why my truck was parked in service line because it was not in the system for service. a few minutes later i get an email thanking me for using Everett for service. About 45 minutes later my truck service was finally completed.

I purchased my second car from everett about a month ago. When I purchased the car the traction control light was on. I took it in and it was repaired. Just a couple of weeks later the light came back on along with the check engine light. I had to bring my car in for repairs during the very busy week of my wedding and everett was kind enough to give me a loaner car to reduce the inconvenience however Everett is not covering the repair. I find this very frustrating because it seems highly unlikely that the traction control light issue from this visit was totally unrelated to the issue with it when I purchased the car. Everett has always been good to me and comes highly recommended from Jimmy **** with Custom Advertising who is a close friend of mine.
