Being first time in for service at Everett, really liked the texting that car was ready, and was very surprised at how promptly it was ready, however,being my first time, I walked back out to service desk where they said go to the cashier at the front of the store to get my keys and receipt. Went to entrance front where I was sent to cashier. Cashier said cat could be picked up out in front. Went out front of building didn’t see car.... waited... saw a sales guy , asked where my car would be , he sent me around the corner.... waited a few minutes thinking it wasn’t brought around yet.... after several min, went back to service desk and asked how to get my car. Super nice guy said take your key to valet desk... now I’m getting somewhere... took key to valet where car was brought up promptly. Only waited about 15-20 min to get oil changed... spent at least 15min trying to get my car....
