We were charged $50 for an air filter plus labor. We feel that thatbprice is a little expensive for what it is.
We were called to ask about the air filter, but not told that the vehicle would be ready in a few minutes. We called the service department a few hours later and were told, that our vehicle was ready shortly after the call about the air filter. It would have been nice to have been told in the first call that we could come and pick up our vehicle instead of us calling hours later.
We love Everett, just a little fine tuning.

Zach did a great job. However, very disappointed that we were promised $10 oil changes for as long as we had the vehicle that we purchased from Everett, only to be told that we had to pay $40 today. Regardless of if GM “changed their policy”, you should honor your commitment to your loyal customers. We most likely won’t be back for service at Everett because of this.

Seth was fine and it was not his fault, but I feel like my truck was only half way repaired. My carpet is completely ruined from the leak and there was standing water on the inside of my truck when I picked it up today. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Everett and am very unhappy and unsatisfied regarding this experience. I am going to highly consider a Toyota Tundra as my next truck due to this experience.
