I had a 12:30 oil change appointment. At 1:35 I went and asked about my car seeing as how I had a 2:00 Dr appointment. A few guys sitting there looked it up and said is there paperwork sitting over there. One guy looked and yes my paperwork was just sitting there(on the guy’s desk that checked me in but was not there). I then asked if I would of continued sitting there another hour if no one even acknowledged my paperwork. I told the lady who checked me out and she said “No one text you?” I told her no, I eventually went and asked. Just another bad service time at Everett.
