I would like to say that the friendly atmosphere is extremely important and very appreciative, when I called to set up my appointment I always deal with Dub. I haven't talked to him in a long time and when I told him who I was he knew exactly who he was talking to he remembered me which is very important to me. thanks for a job well done, the only thing that I have that's negative would be unrelated to the service of my truck it would have to do with the parts department at your facility which is not related to the question at hand.
