Had problems with oil leakage after reoutine oil and oil filter change (believe plug was not screwing in correctly or tight). Agrivating, since I live in mid-Little Rock, and had to drive all the way back to Benton after I discovered the leak (plus now have oil all over my concret garage floor). Total time consumed for an oil change was 6 hours (and my time is really valuable).The service staff was very kind with a lot of "We'er sorr(ies")Adam Smith and Annette were sincere in their appologies.
