The communication between myself and my advisor was poor. I was never provided a breakdown of services:charges before the service was completed like I asked. The service department did not meet me in Pine Bkigf as promised resulting in me making a four hour round trip ride to pick my vehicle up. He communication between infinity and GMC was lacking resulting inmybgoing to the wrong place for pick up: And finally, the oil change I had requested for days was not completed when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I have bought several vehicles from Everett and this has been the worst experience I’ve had with a vehicle and service so far. Very disappointed!

I got a mailer for free oil change and an e-mail. Upon completion of oil change I was charged for oil change due to me having a truck that requires 8 quarts of oil. In the future don’t send me anything that could be false. I bought my truck from Everette. You have a record.
