My wife and I purchased a 2018 GMC Terrain from Everett last July. We recently retired and was in transition from Arkansas to Texas. We had a small problem with the vehicle but through a few phone calls, the service department made arrangements to service our vehicle on a Saturday as we drove through Benton. The service department was ready for us when we arrived and within 45 minutes our vehicle was serviced and we were on our way. This was service beyond the norm and we certainly appreciate the outstanding customer service we received.

Oil Change was quick and Danny Hancock was great as always.
Just thought they would have washed my truck and maybe vacuumed out a little, but this may not be something Everett does when in for oil change.
