The service took over 3 hours. I’m used to long waits, but this was about twice the normal wait. Everett personnel could have let everyone about the estimated time, but they leftists s in the dark. There were many others with the same thoughts. It’s understandable that, due to the number of customers, that the wait was going to be extra long, but Everett should have informed us all to expect the long wait as soon as they were aware.

I feel that $30.00 to fix a tire is outrageously expensive. As well as the oil changes. Service expenses are getting way too high. However the employees are very nice and that’s what keeps me coming. But I’m seriously considering going to shop cost.
