Seth was awesome, but had to leave before service was complete. Girl that was suppose to cover for him was playing around with a guy . After 3 hours had to go to service desk . Ask for my car. Which was ready after 2 and half hour. Leaving me waiting 30 extra.

I purchased my Yukon five months ago. They first looked to charge me for an oil change. Finally, got that understood I was given 2 free oil changes. I advised the left front tire was not holding air. I’m assuming that issue was not properly checked out or known, I was charged $ 23:03 for an issue I felt like the dealership should have handled.
Then I had to wait 2 1/2 hours on my vehicle. I would simply appreciate an apology or at least an understanding of my frustration.

Overall diagnostic service experience was lacking. Advisors were great but it took three 100 mile one-way trips to complete initial repair scope. One issue will require another visit to fix at est cost of $1000. Already spent $4000 on OEM known issue that was barely out of warranty.

You over inflated my tires. Low profile 20” tires only require 30 pounds. One front tire has 37 pounds and the other has 36 pounds. The required air pressure is on the inside front door if your technician doesn’t know that.

Oil change and a relatively simple software update re brakes (recall) took 4 hours. Oil change never took more than 1.5 hours before so I didn’t ask how long it would take this time. Guess I should have!
