I was very impressed by corey he went the extra mile to see everything was done as did everyone involved. He explained the problem and was able to give me the information needed for service.. I just wish that I could know a time frame of the service and when given the number to text to check the status if I could get a response that would be great. I had to go to the counter to ask the cashier to reach Out after no response. Otherwise, everyone was pleasant and eager to help..

After being there for 2 1/2 hrs, the service was not completed. It’s doubtful at this point that we will be returning. This is not the first time we were dissatisfied with the service, I feel we’ve given the service department at Everett, more than ample opportunity to get it right.
