I was a walk in after 4:00 p.m. the bay was full and Savanna got me in and out of the bay in less than 2 hours. Now that is what I call service!

Adam Smith was great but 2 hrs for a job they said was a 15 min software update was a little frustrating. Especially because I had an appt and even showed up early. I can’t continue to take off an afternoon to drive to Benton, wait 2+ hrs then drive back to LR. I love Everett but please do better explaining the time it would take to complete a job and try to stick to that. Especially for the people who make appointments.
