I called Thursday afternoon and spoke with a lady in the service department. I asked if I could get in and out in 1 to 1 1/2 hours for an oil change, or needed to wait until Friday. She said definitely come on.
I immediately drove from NLR, only to find about 20 cars lined up and service agent said they were 3 1/2 hours behind. I left and came back the next day.

I went for an oil change & tire rotation. The advisor asked if I had recalls and I said, two I think. He said we’ll take care of them. I’m glad I got the service done & the recalls but it would have been nice to know it was going to take 2.5 hours. Other than time consuming, everything was great.
