The only person who acted like they were having a good day was the valet. Everyone else seemed to be in a bad mood. They didn’t really care about me as a customer, and I felt like I was just another person. This was my first time coming to the service department so I didn’t know where to go. When I gave the advisor my keys he said I’ll take care of it, and didn’t direct me where to go sit down. Then when I was done he called my name and just walked off, I once again didn’t know where to go. I thought he would have gone over my multipoint with me or at least tell me to have a good day, but he just disappeared. I then had to ask him to print my multipoint and it wasn’t even filled out completely. I’m usually not one to complain, but I’ve heard such good things about Everett (and I had a great sales experience) but the service department just didn’t live up to my expectations.
The oil change was done in an hour which I was happy with.

I specifically asked that y'all not mess with the tire pressure on my truck due to my truck bouncing all over the road with the manufacturers specs in my tires. I run them a little lower so it's safer to drive. I specifically asked for them to not touch them, and of course in driving back to work and hit a hike and there I go bouncing. I check my gauges and sure enough there has been lots of air added. It's just more of a pain in my rear and a safety issue. I had to spend about 19 mins when I got home letting the air out and making sure they were all back to where I needed them.... That's the only complaint. I did appreciate y'all calling me to ask if I wanted to get the recalls done while my truck was there.
