Savannah was great total professional. Everyone else I dealt with was a complete **** show.. The fact I wasn’t given a curtesy car because “I didn’t buy the vehicle from Everett”. I thought this explanation was absurd. Do y’all think that makes me want to purchase a vehicle from you. After this experience I can assure you I will NEVER buy a vehicle from Everett. That’s just really really bad business..

My husband took the vehicle in this morning. He arrived at the dealership before 7am and was in the building by 7:10am. He expected the wait time to be about an hour. 9:15am rolls around and he went to the service desk to ask about our vehicle. They looked at the vehicle had been done for an hour. He said the paperwork showed a time stamp of 8:15am for completion. No phone call. No name called. Nothing. He sat at the dealership for an extra hour because of a lack of communication on your part.

Dub did a great job and keep me informed with the details of the issue we are chasing. Unfortunately after a week we were not able to fix my new truck. I called him back same day I picked up and informed him and we are going to take another run at it and it sounds he is going to get GM involved. This is a tough one and he, and the entire staff, were very professional while maintaining a personal touch. Thank you and looks like I’ll be seeing you again soon.

For the first time, I had to wait 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation today. Over the past several weeks I have stopped by to see if this service could happen and today was the shortest exterior physical line. I was not the only customer experiencing an unusually, excessively long wait. For individuals with medicine and dietary needs, this was stressful for myself, my family and other families I visited with during the long wait. Although I purchased my truck and have only ever had it serviced at Everett, I am now considering other options for future service needs. If customers were provided initially with a courtesy expected wait time, as other dealerships customarily provide, I would not have asked for the truck to be serviced, resulting in this extremely disappointing experience today.
