Always very friendly and the service was excellent.

Seth worked me in for service and a recall installation with no prior appointment. All with a smile. Boy has good people skills.

Went to pick up truck. There were at least 8 Everett employees in the service area and I was the only customer at the time. Not one person took the time to stop what was clearly just a bunch of non business conversation to ask if they could help. I was in almost disbelief and then a young man asked if I had been helped.

Stanley went above and beyond to take care of me.

On my first appointment, after an hour and a half of waiting I was told they could not find the part needed to do the repair. The second appointment went well as it was completed in about an hour.

Everyone was super nice and helpful.

I brought the vehicle in to address an issue with the Auto Ride Leveling system, the rear shocks are fully inflated and will not release after the trailer was unhooked. Stanley told me that the vehicle was not throwing any codes and that I need to buy a drop trailer hitch. I have a 5inch drop hitch, that works with both of our trailers. The issue is that the shocks are pressurized and not releasing now, a recent development, when the trailer is unhooked. Having towed trailers with this vehicle numerous times in the past and not having experienced this issue. I also asked that the regular maintenance be performed - oil change, cabin air filter replaced and tire rotation. Once I was at home I read the details of the work that was done and it is noted that the tire rotation was not completed as "Has 3 tires with low tread, one dangerous decline rotate, recommend tires and alignment. I was never told this and would have authorized the installation of 4 new tires. If I had not read through all three pages of detail, I would not be aware of the issue with the tires. The vehicle is in a condition which needs addressed. This was after having to wait 3 weeks to get the vehicle into be serviced and having to call after responding to texts asking for an update on the status after a week. I have always experienced a high level of customer service with Everett GMC and been satisfied in the past and I am disappointed with this visit.
