Dub is always fantastic! He is so kind and always VERY knowledgeable. One day, I had my young child with me in the pouring rain. He was putting me in a loaner. He had me wait inside while he did all the paperwork then even went so far as to transfer my child’s seat for me to the new vehicle (in the rain) so I didn’t have to do anything but stay dry. He’s exceptional.

I think labor charges are a little extreme. $900 for labor on a $127 part. Gees wish I made that kind of money. Also took 3 trips for the service department to find out what was actually wrong.

We all have differently needs, and men and women are quite different in that area. We’re completely happy sitting at the top of that hill and NEVER sliding down it. I waited a long time in my car for a service person to come and see what I needed. Employees were walking by, but no one stopped to see if I needed anything. I went inside and asked for help. I was part right by the window so my car was not blocked buy other vehicles to where I could not be seen. Also, I asked to have my car washed after the oil was changed. When my car was brought to me the car had not been washed. I had to wait longer for the man to take it back to be washed. All the employees were very nice, it was just late and I was ready to get home after a day of work. The oil visit took longer than needed because of these issues.
