Matt at the service desk was great, staff was courtesy and did what they said they would do. My only “What the Heck” moment came once I got home. My 2 yr old I buckled in his car seat, flipped the cart seat forward with him in it! In order for the said service to be completed, the car seat had to be undone. I realize the service team can not hook it back in due to liability issues, but PLEASE simply inform the owner they need to reattach the car seat!!! Especially when driving on the 25 miles on the Interstate. Simple fix.
