I was told it would take an hour to hour and a half to replace my radiator and it took over 4 hours. I was there for over 5 hours. Plus, it was FREEZING in your waiting area. I know I wasn’t the only one that was cold because the majority of your employees were walking around with jackets on.

I’m so sorry as I’ve never left anything but positive. Justin Mills told me to bring it in and it would get done right away without an appointment. I told the young man that came to my car that i was told it would just a little time. I brought it in at 1:30 pm. At 2:30 I got up and told them I had a Dr appointment at 3 at Saline Hospital and if it wasn’t done I’d just come back. They assured me it would be just a few more minutes as he had already taken the sticky part of the vent door covers. At 2:55 I called the Dr. and asked them if I could be a few minutes late. I called at the service desk so they would know that I really had an appointment. I left at 3 and got to the doctor at 3:15. Again, I’m sorry to complain. This is the 7th or 8th vehicle I’ve purchased at Everett’s. The staff is wonderful. This was just a screw up that would never happen again. If I hadn’t had an appointment it wouldn’t have mattered. Christi is my wife but between us both we have purchased maybe a dozen vehicles from team Everett. We don’t even shop around anymore because the price can’t be beat. The service is great. What stands out the most to me is how much team Everett gives back to this community. The name is on every football field, baseball field, sports complex etc. supporting the next generation of kids is by far the most important thing we can do. Thank you.
