I purchased my Yukon from Everett a few months ago, and chose to continue using Everett to keep it serviced. It is out of the way for me to do this since I live over two hours away, but there is something about the piece of mind you get when taking a vehicle to the original dealer to keep it serviced. I was in and out in no time today, and will be back again once my vehicle needs serviced again.

I had an appointment for a front end alignment and still had to wait 2 hours and was charged a totally different price from what was quoted to me over the phone before hand. Not to mention that I also was SUPPOSED to get my front fender repaired with a part that was ordered 4 months ago, that nobody ever called me about. I am very disappointed in the service from Everette Buick GMC and I will NOT be coming back. I have given you two opportunities to serve me and you gave let me down both times. Please, for the sake of your remaining customers get it together!
