I don't feel the service is what it used to be. You guys did more when you charged less. My multi point inspection has missed 2 separate headlight and fog lights out.. and unless I ask I dont even see the inspection sheet. My sticker never has the right mileage or day for renewal anymore so I have to note it. I wait just as long as those thatdont make an appointment so I dont see the point of bothering anymore.i drive from Sherwood I have to make the time.. thinking it's best to have my car cared for were I purchased it... but not sure that is true anymore... this has been going on for a while and I keep thinking it will change and I shouldn't be so ridiculous.. but it hasn't and I am one trip away from never coming back.
