I was ignored when I pulled in and since I was the only car, it was really inexcusable. I had an apppointment at 10:30, drove in at 10:25; sat in my car waiting. Then a pickup truck driven by a man pulled in behind me and was immediately greeted for service. At that point I got out of my car and went into the service area extremely upset at being ignored; several of the service people were standing around so it was obvious they weren't all helping customers. I didn't receive an apology but Macon began to help me. From then on, he was attentive and made sure I was informed about a recall, which they would take care of, as well as the other services I had requested. I suggest the service department do a much better job of taking care of women, especially those of us who are older. (The same thing happened to a friend recently. Surely hope this isn't a trend that will continue!)

I called them (the Everett folks) at 4:40 p.m. and told them about my flat tire, and they gave me the roadside assistance number to call. The man from RA was there by 5:20. At 5:35, I pulled into Everett with the temporary tire on my car. By 6:00 p.m., I was heading home to Little Rock with my real tire completely repaired and back on my car. I am a single, 56 year-old teacher who knows nothing about tires and changing them. But I do know how to choose an excellent car dealership and repair department, and that place is Everett.
Thanks to all the folks at Everett for taking a stressful situation and turning it into an hour and a half of assistance and courtesy.
