Apparently there was miscommunication. I didn’t realize if you had an appointment and a loaner that it might not be taken care of that day. I came from out of town and made arrangements to be off work. When I came back 4 hours later it had not been started on and was too late for that day. Seth was very apologetic and told me to take the loaner. He even made arrangements for a pick up man to bring our truck to us. He did everything possible to make it right. I am just confused about having an appointment which doesn’t really mean anything. Thanks

Waited almost 3 hours for an oil change. That’s ridiculous! We are from Eldorado about 2 hours from Benton/Bryant so we can’t make an appointment Monday-Thursday. Never really had a good experience in the service department. Last time I spent $40 on windshield willets and they lasted about a week. Very disappointed
