The only thing is the warranty that I pay for did not cover the replacement of the reservoir for the antifreeze. Seth was amazing!! He listened to me. He was very helpful and friendly!!

No one offered to help me for several minutes after I walked in to the service department. Then the guy that did help me acted like I was an inconvenience, he asked me the same questions multiple times. I had an appointment for my first oil change/tire rotation. This was my first time dealing with the service department and I can tell you, intake with every other dealership I have used is far superior.
However, I have never had such a quick service done, which was nice. I don’t even think it took 25 minutes.
Overall, it was an OK experience, I guess I just expected it to be more like other dealerships. I’ve always had someone come meet me at my vehicle when I pull up, then **** me in while reviewing details with me.

After making my appt several days ago, something came up the night before the appt and I nearly cancelled, however, I have other events this week so when I arrived at the dealership, I asked for expedited service. Although I had a designated time, they were able to get me “in and out” helping me to not cancel either appointment.
