Everything was great today, when I had my oiled changed in Dec I told the young lady that I had a problem that needed to be taken care of so I showed her on the passenger side back door the rubber was coming off and she told me that she would have the part order when she got back inside and it would take about 2 weeks that was ok but I came in today and still no part she had not ordered the part she even took a picture of it so thy would know what she was talking about so today I brought it up again to the guy that was helping me he called her and she was in and out but never acted like she had even talked to me about it she said I had to have it fixed before I had to many miles on my car so I am not happy with her at all

No update on vehicle to verify if I wanted to proceed with service. I just sat for a long time then all of sudden advisor comes out say vehicle ready. Where was the run down of service about what's going to take place? My last 2 services was amazing and employees were asking how you doing and anything they could help with while I waited. This time when I pulled in bay nobody came to my vehicle to check what I needed. I had to get out, walk inside still no one helped, I walked back out door into bay then the valet guy ask could he help and directed me inside to speak with advisor. I stood a few mintues someone spoke to me. They directed to the advisor she was talking to. I was very disappointed.

Dub setup the appointment for service after he reviewed the history of service on my 2011 Buick and recommended what I needed to do keep the car in good condition. Dropped the car off on schedule and he kept me informed about the progress. He called to let me know the car was ready, what was done and the cost. He also arranged a driver to assist in getting the car home. Everything went well thanks to his attention to detail while providing superior customer service.

I should have been told that it would take longer
Than the 2.5 hours that I was told to
Repair my radio, since 3 techs called in sick.
I waited 3 hours and asked if it was ready and was told it
Would be 3 more hours. I needed to get to work
So I got a loan car 20 min later. My car was
Not ready at end of day and came at 8:00 am.
When I picked up my car the next day at 1:00,
I assumed it would have gone through the caress as
A nice gesture, since they knew I was not happy.
It was not clean. I have never purchased a car here and do
Not plan on it again.
