I’m grateful that a text message was sent when my truck was ready for pickup, and that an additional recall was discovered and done. The time that my truck was in the shop didn’t seem excessive, considering the work to be done.

I came in yesterday for a oil change and new tires. I left with new tires but when I got home noticed that my oil had not been changed. I had to take 2 1/2 hours out of my work day today to come back for a oil change. No one offered any apologies or compensation for the mix up. I’ve bought 5 vehicles from Everette and had numerous service visits and the service seems to be worse each time I go. Not happy!!!

I had a 1:30 appointment & didn’t get out of there until 5;00. Unacceptable. I had recall & oil change. Then I was told my truck which is new was out of alignment. I tried not to bother them by asking why it was taking so long. Your device had declined over the last year. Not sure I will buy another car from Everettt. I have bought 3 vehicles from Everett.

Dub gave me first class service. The work was warranty related and Dub ordered the parts, called me when it came in and scheduled the service. When I drove up he met me and made sure I got a loaner. Before noon I was back in my truck
It’s a great feeling to know that you are getting the best service. Dub has taken care of my truck from the first service and I wouldn’t have it any other way
