Your dealership is great. But your service department needs some serious management. Needs a manager that knows about the vehicles you service.

I do not agree with your pricing on your service products.. $59.00 to refill the DEF fluid that I had in your shop and the purpose for my visit today was to correct a problem from the last service on my truck ( oil change) the tech did not install the filter correctly causing a oil leak!!!
I know that owning a diesel truck cost more to Maintain but when you charge me three times what I can purchase this product at any of the supply store's, I learned a lesson let your dealer service your vehicle but be careful what you let them do
Other than the oil change and rotation..not happy with the experience the only nice thing was the way the young lady that made my appointment took care of complaints...

I dropped my car off to have a mirror replaced and I received a call 2 hours later saying they could not do it because the mirror had not been painted and another part was still missing from the mirror.
This is absurd, I had an appointment and dropped my car off after calling to make sure the part had been received.
There was definitely a break down here on SO many levels.
