Danny Hancock is great! But the grease that came out of my axle wasn’t my fault but your service dept would have been paid by the warranty to clean it off of everything it flung on. If I traded the truck in you would have cleaned it off before you sold it. Now I have to pay someone or use my time to clean it all up. It’s a shame the warranty didn’t really put the truck back the way it was. Maybe the mechanic will need his deck rebuilt and I’ll be the one to do it. And I’ll build the new one great, but I’ll just leave the rotten one in pieces all over his yard.

It took about an hour longer than was told it might, but I was prepared. Not crazy about waiting but the coffee and donut helped.

I brought my truck under extended warranty with 50000 on it. With the problem being hesitation during start up and a check engine light that the code was for a cylinder 1 misfire.I spent 3 hours as your technicians diagnosed my truck to be told that the spark plugs needed replacement and a deep engine cleaning needed to be performed in order to resolve the common issue of those year models of the cylinder rings having build up. Then was told it was not covered under warranty because those are routine maintenance. Even though engine flush is not covered as routine maintenance in the owners manual and the spark plugs are not recommended to be changed even in severe use until 72000 miles. I was also told if this over $900 solution did not rectify the problem that I would have to replace my pi ston rings.. I do not understand how that performing routine maintenance tasks before routine maintenance intervals to rectify a suspected known issue with these motors that has attracted several class action lawsuits is a not a warranty claim. Furthermore disheartening is the fact I paid extra for an extended warranty and begrudgingly tried to have faith in your service department which I dont do at all and for good reason. Because upon further inspection I noticed my coolant was low but I have no leaks this leads me to suspect a possible blown head gasket. I will be taking it to another mechanic to have it pressure tested to find out. I'm not sure if your technicians even noticed that or if they truly performed a full diagnostic or just assumed and wanted to charge me just to get the easy way out. I will be contacting your service department to find out if they did or not. I came to Everett because this is the kind of things that happen too often at other dealerships and I was told its was different. So much for the Everett difference.

Great service and quick. One thing, I can understand that if a vehicle isn’t purchased with Everett a loaner isn’t given. However, future business is key. Still have to go on with life, while vehicle is with Everett.

The service was good once they finally got to it I got there at 800 and told them I was going to wait on it they didn’t even start on it for an hour and a half I watched the whole time anyway I didn’t get to leave until 1022 wasted my only Saturday morning of the week
