My appointment was at 9:00 and after waiting 3 hours found they were just starting on the repairs. I had to make a second trip just to pick up my car since I had a doctors appointment. I thought after waiting hours it would be finished soon but not the case. I live over 30 miles away in Jacksonville so that is some distance to make multiple trips for repairs.

I made my appt.about 3 weeks ago and address the problem i I was having , I expected it to get done,if you call no answer, text no response then you go find them my phone was in my purse due to the high traffic I didn’t hear it , so we patiently waited until my husband got to ask after 3 hours .So I’m totally dis satisfied ,but I won’t sit that long again.When you a appt if someone had listened to us we should have it DONE!!!

The jury is still out on the total service provided. If everything still works when it’s time for my next service then I’ll be completely pleased with my service. It’s so hard to get good service from any dealer. I’m looking looking for a service dept I can depend on. Time will tell if we’re a good fit. So far it’s been good and I appreciate that. They didn't do anything to my mirror or front collision light? They blamed it on the windshield which is completely false. The person checking me in didn’t listen or take what I said seriously. My service front camera light is still on. Was told the brake repair would take about an hour and a half, but it took over 3 hours, so I was late for work. I sent two texts for an update with no response. Now I get a survey text, which I will also send to Google. While waiting I was considering buying the new AT4- but that’s not gonna happen. Horrible
