I requested an oil change and tire rotation. I was told there was no one in front of me and my wait time would be 30-45 minutes. An hour and a half later I paid for the oil change and tire rotation. I was then told that the tires were not rotated and went through the process for a refund.
When I was given my keys there was no assistance in finding my car. After ten minutes I found my car at the far North East corner of the parking lot.

When I arrived, there was one other car in the pull up, I had an oil change and tire rotation , this took 2 hours ! I think that is ridiclous! Maybe check into this!
