Also reminded me of how royally I got screwed when I purchased car there less than 3 years ago & ALEADY replacing transmission!?! Which was going to cost $5000 for you to fix....when everyone else came in WAY BELOW that price!

I think it was unreasonable for me to have to wait two weeks for an appointment to bring my truck in for service. That tells me that you do not have enough service technicians..I will have to consider this when we purchase a new Yukon Denali in the future..
