I know my experience is probably an isolated event. I called before coming in for an oil change and tire balance and rotation. They said come now and should only take about 1 - 1.5 hours. I showed up and Stanley agreed with this estimated time but closer to 1 hour. I was standing outside the bay garage door watching due to staying away from the waiting room (corona virus). The technician left the drain plug out of the bottom of my truck and had to clean the mess with the operable floor scrubber. He then lower my truck then jacked it back up. I asked why and was told by another tech that the Stanley to not convey that the "balance of the tires" was included. So they had to take my tires off again to balance. There was only one balancing machine so my tech had to wait his turn. It took over two hours. I would have taken an Uber back to the office if I knew this would have been such a long process.
Also, Stanley and I had frustrating words in a disagreement about how I get my ordered front apron that was part of a recall. He was hard to understand.
