Our oil change took almost 2 1/2 hours, due to the staff having to leave and purchase a filter for my car. I purchased my vechile from Everett and have loved all my experiences but would’ve prepared or made an appointment if I would’ve known a filter had to be purchased before my arrival.

Well, to be honest if I met Dub, sorry ai forgot. However, Service was done relatively quicker than I had expected. I arrived a little before 7:00 am and was out and back home by 8:30 so no complaints. The coffee and donuts were a real plus! Keep up the good work!
