I was very pleased with Dub and his handling my case. I was not pleased with the fact that a part needed to complete my job is on back order from GM without an estimated delivery date. Dub placed the part on order to ship when available and is to contact me when item received. That is the best scenario considering the circumstances. Dub did all he could do from my knowledge of the situation.
