Typically very satisfied with the customer service at Everett. Today in particular, my hub cap was left off of my back tire. It was found and was a quick fix once I called the customer service department to report the issue, but it did interfere with my family’s afternoon plans to have to make a second trip. However, all workers I spoke with were very professional and the situation was corrected immediately.

Came in for oil change on Tuesday, they stripped out my oil pan and had to replace it. I just got it back today on Friday. I still had to pay for the oil change even though without my truck for 3.5 days. Hoping for no leaks but was a bit of a hiccup on your service.

Takes a little bit longer then it should. So I need to evaluate whether or not it's worth me driving from Little Rock to the bryant area waiting over an hour to get my oil. versus finding someone closer paying smilar price but can do it in 15 to 20 minutes or so.

I am satisfied with the staff. You’re asking a loaded question. I am NOT satisfied with GM. It should not be that difficult to get parts from the manufacturer. Strike or no strike. And besides that, with only 15,000 miles, you shouldn’t be having all the issues I’ve had. When it was less than 4 months old the 4 wheel drive locked in and you couldn’t turn it off. It eat my front tires up. If they wear faster than normal, I’ll be expecting Everett or GM to replace my 4 tires.
