I took my vehicle in to be looked at for water in the dash and rear of vehicle. I also had to get rims for the third time for the same clear coat issue. I did get my rims (which I’m positive will have to be replaced again in the future). I’m fairly certain they did not check the water issues because I had no paperwork to sign stating that they even looked at those issues and I heard the water moving around in my dash as I was leaving the parking lot. My vehicle was in the front parking lot for some time before I was ever told that it was “ready”. I spent 3 hours waiting on it and I’ve made s6 trips for the wheel warranty issues.

Thankful they were able to fix the shade. Just confused why my car was trying to add an android phone in its system when I had an iPhone. Why was computer accessed at all???? Savannah was great!!!!

Very Modern and pleasant maintenance department at Everett. Dillon was extremely professional and attentive. I loved all of it. The waiting area, the positive uplifting music being played, the ability to charge my phone, the awesome customer service, the texts to let me know when my vehicle was ready, and the valet service; just to name a few things. Best maintenance department I’ve ever experienced. I was extremely impressed, it was worth the drive from Cabot, AR.

I was told my car was fixed but the back door on the driver's side will not open at all now. The lock unlocks, but the door won't budge. That should have been checked before my car was returned. Also, the day of my appointment, you all had my car for 4 hours and did nothing. I had to make a second trip & the car is still not fixed. The driver's side mirror still will not stay put.

When I brought my Yukon xl Denali in the first time for the recall on brakes and the sutter in the transmission (oct1 and had 36343 mileage).They had it for about 3 1/2 hours and said they did the recall but would need to schedule for trans flush and tab flash on Nov 14 7:30 and they have a loner to drive. Didn’t have loner, I came back in around 3:00 when they did. Stanley called Friday morning to let me know that I would have to pay for the 18-na-355 tsb and it would cost $350 because I now had 38500 miles! I declined to service and pay $350 for something that was first going to be covered and now wasn’t! If they had said if you put miles on it we won’t be able to do the flash under warranty , I would have parked it or left it there as I have plenty of other cars to drive. I do not like to be told something and then change in mid stream. I also had been talking with Terrell Harris about new Sierra Denali truck, but will have the think hard and heavy about it now. I was very satisfied with the way my purchase went when I bought the yukon xl Denali, but I’m not happy with the way this service appointment when!! Also come to find out they didn’t perform the recall when I first brought it in, but they did perform it this time???? Scott D
