Yesterday, I drove directly home from Everett 9 miles after servicing and parked truck in garage. This morning, backed out and found a surprisingly large spill of used oil which had obviously dripped down from engine. Took truck back to Everett this morning and you folks did the engine cleanup that should have been done yesterday after servicing. Spill ran about 18 inches long and several inches wide. Service writer apologetic. I am satisfied.
