We asked to have the battery checked and was told that we would be contacted with the results. When we got the text about our car being ready, we responded with a question about the batter only to get no response. When we went to pick up our car, we were told that the text notifications was not monitored even though the text told us if we had quested to reply. Also, we found out that the batter was not tested and had to wait an additional 30 minutes.

As an out of town vendor at the Glitz and Garland Holiday Market, I can never thank your dealership enough for their punctuality in obtaining my vehicle, diagnosing the mechanical issue, repairs being made immediately and then a detailed call by Steven of what mechanical issue was determined. This was actually the third time this vehicle had to be taken to a GMC dealership for repairs with the engine never being properly fixed. Your technician was the only person to diagnose the mechanical issue unlike other dealerships Thanks Everett GMC for such an outstanding job !

I was very disappointed. I was totally misled when purchasing my warranty. I stressed over & over that I did not care how much it cost me I just wanted 100K coverage. It was myself, My husband, Brian and the gentleman across the desk and while my husband & Brian we’re discussing XM radio etc I kept my focus on that all I wanted was to know that I had warranty coverage to 100K miles and I was assured that I did... I told Brian that I had a plan to keep this vehicle longer because I was getting ready to buy a house but I would be back to buy a Yukon from him. About a year and half ago I brought my truck in and told reps what it was doing and they said they could not get it to do it for the. Back in Sept I called and spoke with a young lady named BETTYE I do believe I explained to her that my truck had gotten worse and I needed to get it in because it had over 98K miles on it... she asked me to hang on that she was going to look at warranty.. she came back and told me that my warranty was up to 180K miles I was shocked and told her that it was only supposed to be 100K she assured me everything was good and set my appt on Oct 22nd to bring in my truck. A few days later after my truck is brought in I get a call from Matt saying my warranty is not good that it went out in December 2018... I was NEVER told 5 years or 100,000 if that were the case I would have insisted a year and a half ago I would have left it sitting there until they could recreate what I was saying because apparently at that time the torque converter was already starting to go out. I have A LOT of family from My eastern ARKANSAS that buys from Everett’s.. WC & JERI QUINN comes every Christmas or every other Christmas and buys his wife, Jeri a new Denali Yukon (she is my first cousin)and he will buy himself a Denali truck and last year he also bought his daughter DAILON a new Yukon and he always pays in cash... for can sit here and think off the top of my head at least 20 people I have referred to you guys and each one of them cane home in a new vehicle most Yukons. Matt informed me that it would cost over $2200 to fix my truck... well after my husband having a massive stroke and no longer able to work, my stepson committing suicide, and my 24 year old son having to have emergency brain surgery my savings is gone. I don’t have $2200 laying around so I am screwed my truck is going to completely break down on me... then to top all of this off I pick my truck up today and I coasted into Marco... I have NEVER let my gas hand get that low and when it was dropped off on Oct 22nd it had between a quarter and a half in it. I made sure that the courtesy car had the same amount of gas as it had when I got it... but I was left to run out of gas so you could definitely say I have not had a good experience and that is heart breaking to me because I have always told people that Everett’s would always do right by you.. they are good Christian people who care about their customers.... I was mislead more than once and now the joke is on me I guess. Sincerely, Venedia T
