Alma is an amazing service coordinator. She remembered me from a previous appointment that I had and that made me feel important. She also was more than thorough and made sure that all my other tires and undercarriage was completely taken care of. On top of that she was on calling me and letting me know the status of my vehicle and the status of the work that needed to be done. She ordered the parts right away and made sure I had my car back the next day. She also had my car completely washed inside and out and I really appreciate that especially because I am a busy person with a busy schedule and that made it very convenient. Overall she is amazing and a bonus to have in a service center.
