Randy came right out. I was 15 minutes late. He was very nice about it. He explained the service I would be getting.
Next I went to get the keys to my loaner. That was a very smooth experience. I was on my in less than 15 minutes.
When I picked my car up it was nice and clean.
Overall a great experience!
