Michael was very accommodating. My appointment was for early Saturday morning, but I took my car in around 2:00, Friday afternoon. He took care of my car as efficiently as possible. When an opportunity arose, he had the service completed the same afternoon! It was a wonderful surprise since my neighbor was able to take me to pick my car up. She was not available on Saturday.
I also need to say that the young man who greeted me when I arrived was professional and prompt when informing Michael of my arrival. He was an excellent communicator, explaining procedures every step of the way.
