Please get the WiFi working in the customer lounge. I have been here twice before and each time it was not working. The receptionist was not very helpful and said they will ask for it to be fixed but it was not. Other lesser car dealerships have no problem with the WiFi connection. Why does Lexus??

Putnam Service has always been exceptional. Its products and craftsmanship reflect and align well with Lexus as a luxury car brand.
Note: Worth mentioning is continual training must take place for finishing quality control. I have found on multiple occasions the interior leather and interior overhead fabrics stained with black greasy spots. This defeats the purpose of going an extra mile. Perhaps a QA/QC should be put in place before a job order can be considered completed.
