We were surprised that there were no longer snacks offered while people are waiting. They used to offer it so we had planned on it and were stranded when we got there and found out they had stopped offering that amenity. It seems like a pretty standard offering at a luxury car service shop.

Fred was friendly and greeted me with a smile. Fred was knowledgeable and quick in completing service recommendations. Overall, great service from Fred. I would definitely return and recommend him to friends for excellent service. The reception desk could use customer service training. No one said hello or acknowledged my presence as Fred did. Reception makes me reluctant to return, and why I book services online. Hopefully, this can be addressed in the future.
