Kent was professional, courteous and super helpful! The service and shuttle ride to and from work excellent. Only disappointment was the free car wash service. They usually wipe down the console at the very least and other interior areas but it was still very dusty. Outside looked nice though.

Shallow lite Scratches found on my windshield after windshield wipers were serviced. No way to establish how many of the scratches are new. The windshield had a few shallow lite Scratches BEFORE I brought the car in for service last week. But, I don't remember anywhere near the number of scratches that were on the windshield after I picked up the vehicle from Putnam. Anyway, I will either hide the scratches with a polymer fill or will have them removed by polishing.
