I just had my bumper repaired after I was rear ended. I checked the car after picking it up and there is a scrape on the part of the bumper that the body shop just replaced and the body shop said that there was no way it would have passed QC with this. Only driving since picking up the car was to home and to the dealer for service.

Actually, I can tell you how completely satisfied I am AFTER I return from the trip I have to take, which is why I came in to ask LEXUS to check out my car… I am always happy with what you do and the care I’ve been given… And I depend tremendously on LEXUS to help me and count on them advising me when I need something new… Or could wait a little longer.
I am curious about the mileage because the print out that I have from LEXUS says that I have 59+ thousand miles… But I have 61,000+~ on my dashboard reading???

Only issue was with the delivery truck for Land Rover, he could not park where he wanted and blocked the exit driveway blocking me and would not move.
Not the fault of anyone at Lexus but annoying nonetheless.
